These terms cover The Realm’s monthly memberships and one-time Personal Companion purchases. Purchases are not open yet; full benefits and checkout details will be shown before orders are accepted.
Memberships
Membership tiers are priced per month. Before membership checkout opens, we will explain each tier’s benefits, when payments renew, and how to cancel future payments.
One-time purchases
The Personal Companion is a one-time purchase. Its final price, scope, delivery process, and any information we need from you will be shown before commissions open.
Refunds
We do not offer discretionary refunds for a change of mind on memberships or companion purchases. This does not affect any cancellation or refund rights you have under UK consumer law, or your remedies if something is faulty, not as described, or not supplied.
Payment disputes and chargebacks
If a payment is reversed through a chargeback, we may suspend the related membership or companion order while it is reviewed. A chargeback that leaves a valid purchase unpaid may result in a ban from The Realm Discord and game server after review. We may contest a chargeback and provide evidence to the payment provider. We will not penalise you for exercising your legal rights or raising a genuine payment dispute.
